Rewards Rules

  • Rewards points reset annually on January 1; points do not roll over from year to year.
  • Returns will reduce your points balance accordingly.
  • Maximum savings certificate value is $200.
  • Reward certificates are emailed the first week of April and must be redeemed by December 24 of the same year.
  • A valid email address is required for participation. Present your certificate directly from your smartphone or print a copy for in-store redemption.

Terms and Conditions

You must have a valid email address on file to participate in the Rewards Program. All notifications/invitations will be sent via email including your savings certificate. Plant Center Inc. is not responsible for undelivered emails. Please see a customer service associate or cashier to update your email address on your account on your next store visit. Please allow at least two (2) business days for your online form submission to register in our system before you shop in-store. Rewards discounts may not be combined with other sales and promotions.

No purchase is necessary to join the Rewards Program, however customers must make at least one purchase each calendar year in order to be eligible for program benefits. Rewards savings certificates are invalid after the expiration date on the certificate. Rewards point’s balances do not roll over from year to year. Issuance of savings certificate clears current points balance. Savings certificates can not be applied to online purchases and are not transferable. Returns reduce savings points balance. Plant Center Inc., reserves the right to alter, limit or modify the program, or to terminate the program at any time without notice.
