Availability & Blackout Dates

Spring is the heart of our busy season at Plant Center Inc.—it’s when our team truly shines, and when our customers need us most. Because of the high demand during this time, especially around major holidays like Mother’s Day, we have designated blackout dates when time-off requests cannot be granted.

We ask all team members to be fully available during these peak periods to help ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer service. If you're applying for a position, please be aware that:

  • Blackout dates typically fall between April and early June.
  • Mother’s Day weekend is an all-hands-on-deck event.
  • Requests for time off during blackout periods will not be approved, with exceptions only for emergencies.
